The Art of Hebrew Calligraphy

Learn and develop skills in Hebrew Calligraphy and Illumination; working with ink, paint and gold leaf on personal projects. Inspiration can be drawn from old manuscripts and contemporary sources from a range of poems and texts. Midrash and legends related to Hebrew letters are introduced. Knowledge of Hebrew and previous art/calligraphy experience are not essential. Beginners as well as advanced students are welcome. Progress at your own rate in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.
