Mixed Media Arts Course

A hands-on six week course aimed to bring out your creativity and individual expression using a variety of art materials. Explore different techniques using acrylic paints, recycled materials, fabrics and more. You will be introduced to a range of skills - using collage, monoprinting, and painting to document your family’s history.
Participants need not be artistic, simply keen to get stuck in and enjoy.
Joan is a South African-born, London-based, self taught artist working in mixed media and textiles. Her works include vibrant landscapes, still-life, and highly textured multimedia collages. At the core of her art is a love of the natural world, her Jewish heritage and the importance of family life.
