In this course Clive return to his first love - the theatre and literature - and will explore Shakespeare and his world, setting the background for a series of close and performance-orientated readings of a selection of his plays.
3rd November - What Was Shakespeare’s World Like?
10th November - What Do We (Think We) Know About Shakespeare and Theatre in His Time?
17th November - Hamlet
24th November - Macbeth
1st December - Julius Caesar
8th December - Henry V
15th December - Midsummer Night’s Dream
22nd December - The Tempest
