We shall follow the history of Russia from The Revolution of 1917 to the present day. In doing so, we shall witness the end of Tsarism, the birth and death of Marxism, and the triumph of democracy (?). Out story is full of horrors, from Stalinism and Nazism, as well as of the true resilience of the human spirit, from the Siege of Stalingrad to Solzhenitsyn.

15 March - Last Days of The Old Soviet Regime

22 March - Hope? Gorbachev and Yeltsin

29 March - Putin and the Future
