This class concentrates on gentle 'yoga flow', co-ordinating yoga poses and controlled breathing in a way which increases energy and flexibilty. It's suitable for all ages and levels of fitness as personal attention will be given to everyone on the course. Be prepared for creative, refreshing and dynamic sessions.
