Pilates is an exercise regime that improves posture, enhances muscle tone and body shape and helps to correct muscle imbalances and weaknesses in the body. This is a mind/body experience that will leave you feeling energised and relaxed. Men and women of all ages are welcome. Please bring a mat or towel to lie on and wear comfortable clothing. Tuesdays is geared towards Beginners and Thursday for Intermediates.
