David Smallwood is an addictions expert and has been in recovery himself for 23 years. He has an Msc in Addiction, Counselling and Psychology and until recently worked as a Counsellor at The Priory in North London as Head of the Addictions Treatment Programme. David is currently Head of Psychological Services at Roodlane Medical and also runs his own practice in Harley Street. He is frequently called upon by the press to give his views.
New LJCC Series: Community Matters
The 21st century is a challenging environment for all communities and the individuals within them. What are the pressures, how can they be managed, and what role should the Jewish community take? In this new series we will tackle these difficult social issues in a practical way by encouraging debate and discussion with community professionals in a managed and supportive environment.
