Chef Lisa Roukin has worked in some of London’s finest restaurants, worked for renowned kosher caterer Tony Page, reached the final of Gordon Ramsay’s “The F Word” competition for new female TV chef……. And is now returning to the LJCC, to teach you how to make delicious sushi!
Wk 1: Thursday February 2nd - Intro & cooking basics: bread making
Wk 2: Thursday February 9th - Taste of Italy: pasta making
Wk 3: Thursday February 23rd - Born in the USA: cookies and muffins
WK 4: Thursday March 1st - Asian Cuisine: teriyaki salmon and noodles
Wk 5: Thursday March 8th - Celebrating Purim: Hamanatashen
