A unique visit to London's greatest landmark, scene of the service celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in June and seat of the Bishop of London since 604.

Much more than an introduction to Sir Christopher Wren's great masterpiece, there will be opportunities to take in views of the magnificent interior, exterior and surrounding area from three levels - ground and crypt, as well as inside and outside* of the dome, including the famous Whispering Gallery. We are also arranging to take in parts of the cathedral not normally open to the public.

In addition to architecture, art and historic events, hear about many of our nation's most celebrated names - including Wellington, Nelson, Gordon of Khartoum, Leighton and Donne - and a few that may be new to you, such as Swan Nottage and Billy Fiske. There will also be an emphasis on the cathedral's Jewish links (well, St Paul was born Jewish, after all!)

The tour is timed for a full visit including climbing stairs, tea break and opportunity to stay on to experience Choral Evensong at 5pm.

If St Paul's is one of those London icons you've always meant to see properly, this is the visit for you.

Tour will be led by London Blue Badge tour guide, Mark King.

* Weather permitting.

Note: Lift access to ground floor and crypt, including the virtual tour 'Oculus: An Eye into St Paul's'; no lift access to Whispering Gallery or above - and many stairs to climb!
